Renovating Broadway House
We were approached by a new client from Dunmow who commissioned us to design, manufacture and fit a new kitchen plus additional unique furniture pieces as part of their house restoration project @renovating Broadway House. The whole kitchen space was extended and renovated into an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Their vision for their new open plan living area was one of grandeur so we made the kitchen in a detailed classic style with a large cornice and pillars to give the grand look and feel they were looking for. The kitchen island was finished with a Calcutta gold quartz worktop and an ogee moulded edge to give extra detail. Meile quality integrated appliances were installed throughout the kitchen.
Unique furniture pieces
In addition to the kitchen, we also made a pantry unit, bar unit and media wall in their extended living area. The pantry unit was complete with spice shelves and integrated lighting connected to the main light switches. The bar unit with bifold doors included an upper drinks section with back bronze mirrors, glass shelves and featured internal lights. Whilst the bottom part of the unit had integrated internal wine coolers. The media unit was built to house a large TV with a sound bar and plasma style fire and surround to give that homely cosy feeling.
The kitchen and all additional bespoke units were finished in brilliant white paint with Finsauk walnut internals supplied by local substantial timber merchants Brooks Bros Ltd. .
Our client was extremely happy with the finished room and we achieved the exact look and feel they were after.
